When Elanor enters, create a Food token.
At the beginning of your end step, if you sacrificed a Food this turn, you may search your library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
Mox strategy
Elanor Gardner is a solid value ramp creature for green midrange and Commander decks. A 2/4 for 4 mana is defensively sturdy, and the immediate Food token gives you an artifact to cash in right away for life or synergy.
Its main strength is turning Food sacrifice into repeatable land ramp: if you can sacrifice a Food each turn, you get a basic land tapped at end step, which makes it excellent in grindy games and slower decks that want steady mana development.
Best synergies are with Food payoffs and sacrifice enablers like Academy Manufactor, Trail of Crumbs, Gingerbread Cabin-style Food support, and any cards that can sacrifice artifacts on demand. Clues/Treasures/other token makers also help if your deck cares about artifact sacrifice themes.
Key gameplay role: incremental ramp, life buffer, and value engine. It’s strongest when your deck can reliably use or sacrifice Food every turn; otherwise it’s just a modest body with a one-time token.
