Yuna's Whistle is a solid green instant-speed creature tutor with a built-in pump bonus. Its main strength is card selection: it turns your next creature into a guaranteed hit and can dig deep in creature-heavy decks. Best in midrange, toolbox, and commander decks with high creature density and strong mana values. It gets much better with top-deck manipulation and creatures you want to find at instant speed. The +1/+1 counters reward revealing expensive creatures, so it pairs well with decks that curve high or want to target evasive or scalable threats. Good synergies include creature-centric libraries, library stacking effects, and cards that care about +1/+1 counters or big mana-value creatures. Mechanically, it supports tutoring, incremental combat tricking, and deck consistency. Its biggest limitation is that it only finds creatures and is strongest when your deck has enough hits to avoid whiffs.
