Mox strategy
Wurmquake is a powerful late-game token finisher. Its main strength is making one or more large trampling, toxic bodies that quickly close games, especially in poison-focused or ramp decks.
Best use cases are in green ramp shells, poison/corrupted decks, and grindy Commander games where the flashback gives you a second huge threat from the graveyard. It scales well with big mana, since X is based on mana spent to cast it, so extra mana directly turns into bigger tokens.
Key synergies include mana ramp and mana doublers, which increase token size, plus poison support that helps turn on corrupted and multiplies the token output. It also pairs well with token doublers, sacrifice outlets, and anthem effects, since each Wurm token is already threatening but becomes much more decisive when enhanced.
Gameplay-wise, it enables a resilient finisher from both hand and graveyard, and it rewards stalling until you can cast it for a huge X.
