Mox strategy
Supreme Phantom is a strong tribal anthem for Spirit decks, especially in modern and Commander. Its main strength is efficiently turning a wide board of small evasive Spirits into a real clock while also being a decent blocker itself.
Best use cases: aggressive Spirit tribal, tempo shells, and any deck that wants to swarm with flying creatures. It’s especially good when your curve is low and you can start attacking for meaningful damage right away.
Key synergies: Lingering Souls-style token production, cheap Spirits like Mausoleum Wanderer and Rattlechains, and any card that rewards having a high creature count or evasive pressure. It also pairs well with other lord effects to stack buffs and close games quickly.
Mechanics it supports: tribal payoff, flying-based aggression, go-wide combat, and board-wide stat boosts. The biggest tip is to maximize density of Spirits; outside tribal shells, it loses much of its power.
