Mox strategy
Super State is a high-cost finisher for Voltron-style decks. Its main strength is turning one creature into an immediate, evasive, hard-to-block threat with haste, first strike, trample, and a fixed 9/9 body. It shines best when you can protect the enchanted creature or when you’re attaching it to something with hexproof, indestructible, or natural evasion.
Its best synergies are with creatures that already have protection or are difficult to remove, plus anything that doubles combat damage or gives extra combat steps. Since the enchanted creature has to connect in combat, flying and trample help force damage through, and the splash damage to other opponents makes it especially strong in Commander.
It supports all-in combat plans, commander damage strategies, and multiplayer pressure. The big downside is the seven-mana Aura risk: if the creature gets removed in response, you lose a lot of tempo. Best used in decks that can tutor, recur, or safeguard key creatures.
