Oracle text
T: Add C.
T: Add one mana of any color. Spend this mana only to cast your second spell in a turn. When that mana is spent, create a Deep Dish Pizza token. (It's a Food artifact with "3, T, Sacrifice this token: You gain 3 life and draw a card.")
Mox strategy
Second City is a low-cost utility land that fixes any color, but only for your second spell each turn. Its main strength is in spell-heavy decks that reliably double-spell, especially tempo, spellslinger, and midrange builds that want extra fixing without taking up a spell slot.
Best use cases are decks that can cast a cheap spell early and then follow with a key second spell to turn the land into color fixing plus a free Deep Dish Pizza token. That token is strong because it can cash in later for life and a card, giving the land real long-game value.
It pairs well with low-curve decks, cantrip-heavy shells, and cards that reward multiple spells per turn. It also works best when you can consistently spend the colored mana on the second spell, since that is what unlocks the Food token.
Key mechanic it supports: second-spell sequencing. Build around cheap setup spells, interaction, and curve smoothing so this land behaves like a flexible dual land with upside.
