Mox strategy
Lord Windgrace is a powerful Jund value engine and land-recursion planeswalker, best in decks built to abuse lands in the graveyard. Its +2 filters cards while rewarding land discard, so it turns fetchlands, loam-style effects, and extra lands into steady advantage. The -3 is the main draw: recurring up to two lands directly to the battlefield is excellent for recovering fetches, utility lands, and combo lands after self-mill or sacrifice. The ultimate is a strong board swing, but it’s mostly a bonus.
Best with land-sacrifice and graveyard synergies like fetchlands, Strip Mine/Wasteland loops, Crucible of Worlds, Ramunap Excavator, Life from the Loam, Splendid Reclamation, and self-mill. It also supports lands-matter, landfall, and value-control shells where repeated land recursion fuels inevitability.
Practical tip: prioritize lands that have strong enters-the-battlefield effects or can be sacrificed repeatedly; Windgrace is at its best when every discarded or destroyed land becomes a resource, not a loss.
