Mox strategy
Invigorated Rampage is a cheap combat trick that shines in aggressive red decks. Its main strength is pushing through damage efficiently: either one creature hits much harder, or two attackers get smaller power boosts plus trample, which is often better for wide boards and split lethal.
Best use cases are in Burn, Boros aggro, and token/swarm decks where extra damage matters more than board permanence. It’s strongest when you’re already attacking and just need to win combat, force through blockers, or present surprise lethal.
Key synergies are with go-wide token makers, double-strike creatures, pump-matters cards, and evasive or trampling attackers that can stack damage pressure. It also pairs well with effects that create multiple small attackers, since the two-target mode can turn several creatures into a dangerous alpha strike.
It supports burst damage, combat math blowouts, and finishing games quickly, but it’s less impressive in slower decks or against heavy removal.
