When Euru, Acorn Scrounger enters, you may forage. When you do, conjure a card named Chitterspitter onto the battlefield.
Whenever one or more Squirrels you control deal combat damage to a player, you may sacrifice a token. If you do, put an acorn counter on each permanent you control named Chitterspitter.
Mox strategy
Euru, Acorn Scrounger is a strong Squirrel tribal payoff and token-engine commander for Historic/Brawl-style decks. A 3/3 for 4 that immediately forages and can create a Chitterspitter gives it decent value and board presence right away.
Best use cases: go-wide Squirrel decks, token-heavy sacrifice builds, and lists that can reliably make spare tokens to convert combat damage into acorn counters. It shines when you can attack with multiple Squirrels and keep fodder on hand.
Key synergies: token makers, sacrifice outlets, and effects that care about counters or repeated token generation. Any way to multiply Chitterspitter copies or protect a Squirrel swarm makes the damage trigger much stronger.
Gameplay mechanics it supports: foraging, token creation, combat-damage triggers, sacrifice-for-value, and counter scaling on permanent copies of Chitterspitter. Overall, it’s more of a synergy enabler than a standalone threat, but very potent in the right shell.
