Demonic Vigor is a cheap protection/value Aura that turns one mana into a small stat boost plus insurance against removal. Its best use is on creatures you want to keep recasting or recur, especially creatures with enter-the-battlefield triggers, sacrifice fodder, or ones that are hard to kill in combat. It’s strongest in decks that can repeatedly reuse the same creature for value, such as combo shells, Aristocrats, or low-curve black tempo decks.
It pairs well with sacrifice outlets, because you can cash in the enchanted creature and get it back to hand instead of losing it. It also works nicely on creatures with strong ETB effects, since you can replay them after they die. The main weakness is that it only returns the card to hand, so you still need mana to redeploy it, and you lose tempo if the creature gets exiled or bounced instead.
Gameplay-wise, it supports grindy recursion and makes combat removal less punishing. In Limited, it’s a solid filler card for protecting a key threat; in Constructed, it’s usually niche but can shine in decks built to exploit repeated creature value.
