Ninjutsu U (U, Return an unblocked attacker you control to hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking.)
Whenever Moon-Circuit Hacker deals combat damage to a player, scry 2, then draw a card. Discard a card unless Moon-Circuit Hacker entered this turn.
Mox strategy
A-Moon-Circuit Hacker is a strong cheap tempo card: a 2/1 flyer-like evasive threat in practice via ninjutsu that replaces itself on combat damage with scry 2 and draw a card. Its best use is in aggressive blue decks that can reliably attack early, then bounce an unblocked attacker to cheat it in for U.
It shines with cheap evasive creatures, token makers, and any deck that wants repeated combat damage triggers. It’s especially good with other ninjas, since it helps maintain card flow while keeping pressure on the opponent. Best gameplay pattern: attack safely, ninjutsu it in after blockers, connect, and use the card selection to keep gas flowing.
Key strengths: low mana investment, evasion-based tempo, card advantage, and flexible setup with attackers you’re happy to return to hand. Best in decks that can consistently enable unblocked attacks and value bouncing creatures with enter-the-battlefield effects or recast benefits.
